Excelente propiedad! The home itself was accurately described and accommodated our group well. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The house had a significant fly problem throughout our stay, which made it uncomfortable to relax and even sleep at times. We also had repeated interactions with police responding to noise complaints. After the first night, we made a conscious effort to keep noise to a minimum by turning off music/television and avoiding being outside late, but the complaints continued. While the home itself had many positives, the combination of the fly issue and the neighborhood environment made it difficult to fully enjoy our vacation. If you're considering this property, I'd recommend being aware that the neighborhood appears to have a very low tolerance for any outdoor activity or conversation in the evening.
We had a amazing first family vacation in this house, so it will forever be in our memories. The house was absolutely amazing. Clean, very clean. All 1 level minus the game area upstairs, so everything is close. House is very roomy. Easily accessible! The amenities are just as they show in the pictures! We played so hard, laughed until we cried, and relaxed in the pool and hot tub, topping it off with s’more’s while not missing a thing on the BIG SCREEN! I highly recommend this house! It’s worth every penny! Rich and Amanda were very quick to respond when questions arrived. We go to Destin Mirimar Beach twice a year and hands down the service here was sooooo much better. If I could give more stars, than just 5 I would. Thank you so much for the everlasting, lifelong memories ❤️❤️.
