The house is nice and updated inside. Close to stores and restaurants. The pool heater did not work for the first few days we were there but the host was easy to contact and promptly had the pool technician out to fix the problem. We were able to enjoy the pool the last couple of days we were there.
We had a wonderful stay
We had a great time at Rich & Amanda’s house. It was perfectly located for our trips to Lecom Park to watch the Pirates play. Rich was very responsive to any questions or needs we had.

Nice place, great decor and clean! Game room fun for the kids. Close to parks and beaches. Grocery shopping conveniently located. Beds & pillows VERY firm (if that’s your jam 😊). Rich was very responsive and communicated quickly. Thanks for the stay!

We loved this place. The kids loved the pool and loved its location which was easy to get to things!
My family and i really enjoyed our stay. From the heated pool to the many beach options to the lovely beachy decor it was one of my favorite places to stay. We will definitely come back to Sarasota. We made a Thanksgiving dinner and had all the dishes and utensils we needed. Our son greatly enjoyed the game room too. Thabks for making our stay a breeze!

This was a great place to stay! It was close to Ana Maria Island, and still within easy navigation to Saint Petersburg in Tampa. Owners were very responsive and prompt with messaging. The inside was very clean and inviting. The outdoor area did not look as if it was cleaned at all. The pool deck was very dirty could have been power washed before our arrival. Also there were things left there from the previous renters under the longe chaos on the pool deck. The owners thought of everything that you would need for the beach and have it there available for you to use. The game room was a really neat addition to the property. All in all this was a great place to stay and I would definitely rebook at this location..

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
