Our stay was absolutely amazing truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen and little touches that made us feel right at home.
New house. Very cozy with great amenities. Outdoor space is private and has all the toys you need. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home is immaculate, modern, and looks exactly like the photos. The location is unbeatable—close to great shopping and conveniently near our family. While it was a bit too chilly for the pool this trip, we spent every day in it during our last summer visit! The outdoor space is fantastic for relaxing and BBQing, and there is plenty of parking. It’s a very comfortable, spacious home that we highly recommend.

We had an outstanding stay at this Palmetto Airbnb and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The location is ideal—quiet and relaxing, yet incredibly convenient for easy trips to both Tampa and Sarasota. The home itself was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with modern finishes that made it feel both comfortable and upscale. Every detail was clearly well-thought-out. The backyard was truly the highlight of our stay. It was exceptionally well-appointed, with a heated pool, fire pit, ping-pong table, and an outdoor TV, making it perfect for relaxing evenings and entertaining. We spent so much time outside and loved every minute of it. The owners were also extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the entire stay seamless and stress-free. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spotless, well-designed home with fantastic amenities and a great location.
Beautiful home and fantastic backyard for all times of the year!Perfect location for my family to enjoy during a soccer showcase for my son. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be rebooking. Should we be back there in the future! Love the 8 foot doors throughout and the 3rd bathroom.
Very nice property. Clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything needed. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fire pit, but we also didn’t work that hard at trying to figure it out! We would absolutely stay here again. The VRBO site lists this as having a hot tub, although the actual property listing does not.

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
