5 Star Stay! Was absolutely perfect for our group. Hosts are first class.
We had such a wonderful stay at this home! Rich and Amanda were incredibly easy to communicate with, always quick to respond and very helpful from start to finish. The house is perfect for families, with plenty of space to relax and spend time together. We spent an entire day just enjoying the backyard since it truly has everything you need to unwind and have fun without even leaving the property. The location was also a huge plus. It is an easy drive to Amelia Island, which made it simple to get out and explore while still having a peaceful place to come back to. Just make sure you look up traffic because during peak season there can be longer drives to the island over the bridges. Overall, an amazing stay and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

House is centrally located to everything the area has to offer and there was plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants as well. The backyard was perfect for the kids and house had everything we needed to be comfortable.

We had a great stay here! The place looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was warm, the house was clean, lots of space and activities for the kids. Rich was quick to respond to any questions. We would stay here again! Check in and check out were seamless! Thanks for a great stay!

Great house to stay in. Everything was very clean. Plenty of stuff to do for kids. Was a little chilly but the pool heated up, and it was perfect temp. In the middle of being able to hit multiple different spots for dinners.
Great communication from the host. We were there for a soccer tournament. Rich allowed us to have a birthday party lunch for the team (which exceeded the house amount of guests) for a couple of hours. We really appreciated that. They loved the backyard. Would recommend.
Paradise Playhouse is a true paradise for a stay with your children and family. It has everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy your time there. The backyard is incredible: there's plenty of space to enjoy a family barbecue, and your children will have a blast playing mini-golf, basketball, tennis, and swimming in the heated pool. This place is fantastic!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was great from the inside of the home to the outdoor space. The showers were incredibly spacious, and it was clear the hosts truly thought of everything—there were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and comfortable. The outdoor space was a huge highlight and had something for everyone. We especially loved the pool (so warm!) and the pickleball court. It was amazing not having to pack a ton of extras because the hosts made it so easy to enjoy being outside and have fun right at the house. The location is perfect for anyone attending events at IMG—it made getting to and from sporting events incredibly convenient. Even though the home is on a busy road, the circular driveway made getting in and out quick and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and well-thought-out place to stay!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
