Master Bedroom - The master bedroom is located on it's own side of the house which provides the seclusion and privacy you need after a busy day at the beach. The master bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower. Bedroom 2 provides guests with a queen bed and large window. The bedroom is equipped with a large smart TV. Bedrooms 3 provides guests with an additional queen bed and smart TV. The fourth bed available is an inflatable queen size mattress that can be placed in the office space near the pool / lanai sliding doors. Obviously, the pool and patio are the best part. Most folks I am sure are renting this house for the pool. The rest is just meh. House has some wear and tear (stains, couch recliner is broken, kitchen trim work is getting beat up, guest shower knob wobbles all over the place, master toilet was doing some weird things). Patio was dirty upon our arrival. Previous guests must of had kids, they left food crums all over the patio which brought in thousands of ants. One of the big TVs on the patio doesnt work. The 3rd TV had no remote. Patio area is wired with speakers but hosts won't let you connect to them. None of the above was a huge deal, just wasn't a "luxury" experience like we thought we had paid for. FYI to future guests, this house is next to a PRIVATE golf course (members only). Check in/out was simple and easy. House is close to Anna Marie Island but expect heavy traffic.

We felt right at home straight away. The pool, Jacuzzi, and lounge area were fantastic, one of the best we’ve experienced. The house was superb, with everything we needed and no issues at all. A very trustworthy property, and only 15 minutes from Anna Maria Island. We highly recommend this place—you can’t go wrong. Huge thanks to Rich and Amanda for letting us stay in their beautiful home. Much appreciated, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The place had everything and more. The backyard is absolutely amazing. I will book again and again when in the area ! The house was beautiful and clean in a suburban location not far from IMG. We would stay in the house again if we come down to the same place!
The house was very nice just like the pictures showed, the kitchen and bathrooms had all the basic necessities you would need. The backyard is definitely the star of the show, with everything you would need to enjoy it being right there. The pool and spa were just the right size and there was plenty of seating by the pool area. We had a great stay there and would definitely book it again however I have two suggestions/complaints. 1. I specifically asked if the spa was heated because we had someone recovering from surgery and I was told the heat for the spa is included with the house only the pool heat is extra, we never had heat in the spa it was always the same temperature as the pool , when asked the owners they answered the first time and said it was on pool mode for some reason then second time they never answered, we didn’t let it ruin the trip but wish it was heated like I was told. 2. House holds 8 people yet only 6 bath towels, should have 1 bath towel per person.

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
