What a wonderful day we had! The house is immaculate and very well stocked with everything that you need from towels to shampoo to anything you would like to cook on! The inside of the house was so comfortable in the backyard was wonderful and so much fun! Our son loved playing the outdoor games as well as swimming in the pool all day. The location is great. You’re about 15 minutes from the beach. And the arcade room was a family favorite! I would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
Great stay here with my family of 5! The home is just as pictured, clean, modern, well stocked amenities, comfortable beds, etc. Our host was also very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We had a really great time and would certainly love to visit again
The house looked like the photos and Telia was very responsive. We felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. I was with my teen daughter and her friend and they loved it. Photographs well. When I booked, the listing didn’t mention the pool was heated and I specifically asked because I would have paid to heat the pool but was told it wasn’t heated but I just noticed it is now listed as heated so I would confirm before booking.
It’s a beautiful house, and perfect for a small family get-together! The house is exactly as advertised, with a very responsive host! We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for hosting us!
Lovely house very nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. We loved staying at Telia's place. Telia was super responsive with every question we had and the small details that needed fixing were adressed right away. We would definitely return.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was perfectly cleaned and very comfortable. It’s close to everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai or fire-pit after dinners out. Our dog also immediately relaxed here and loved running around the yard. Telia was extremely responsive with any questions. The only recommendation I can even think of is maybe a pillow top mattress cover in the master. We love a firm mattress, but this was REALLY firm. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future stays!!
My family and i stayed here for 5 days. Lovely house, we stayed with our 3 year old and 4 month old. There were plenty of games ( indoor & outdoor ) , high chair, pack n play where the baby slept & our three year old loved the room with the slide. The house was close to the beach & restaurants & shops which we loved. They even provide beach chairs, beach toys that we brought to the beach with us. Also very quiet & safe neighborhood which was a big plus for us.
Sono stata molto bene, la casa è in una posizione tranquilla ma IMG facilmente raggiungibile e in tempi brevi. Casa molto pulita e con tutti i servizi. Sicuramente ritornerò

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Clover Vacation Homes will match it.
