Great stay for a business trip. The space was clean, modern, and very convenient to our meetings. Rich and Amanda were excellent with communication throughout, and the property had everything we needed.
The house was exactly perfect for our family. One adult and four children. The large hot tub in the backyard was amazing. Actually the whole backyard with the grill the fireplace the little Pee-wee golf. The kids had a great time. It was perfect and the kitchen was amazing. All four kids want me to reserve the same place for next year, and I’m sure I will do so.. Scale of one to 10 it’s a 12

Beautiful home away from home.
We’ve booked with Rich and Amanda before, and they never disappoint — they’re truly fabulous hosts! This home was amazing from start to finish. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, the linens and towels (including beach towels) were excellent, and the trolley for beach trips was such a convenient touch. The grandkids adored the little golf green, and the spa pool was perfect. We loved all the outdoor spaces — from sitting around the BBQ and fire pit to relaxing on the back porch — every area was beautifully set up for family time. The kitchen was spotless, fully stocked, and spacious enough for our Thanksgiving dinner prep. The décor was tasteful and perfectly balanced — uncluttered yet warm and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better — close to Publix, the beach, and downtown Bradenton — with plenty of parking. Our entire family loved this home, and we’ll absolutely book with Rich and Amanda again.
We’d thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rich & Amanda’s rental. It was everything we needed and more. Would totally stay here again in the future. They couldn’t have been nicer.
Rich and Amanda’s place is fantastic. It is beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, and perfect for anyone traveling to the Bradenton area. Rich and Amanda cover every detail you would want for your stay. We would highly recommend their home, and would definitely return when in the area!

The property was located in a convenient location. It was very clean and well equipped. There was conflicting information on exactly how the rooms were split. The fourth bathroom was so small. There was no place for that guest to put their stuff on the floor. That bathroom didn’t even have a mirror which was odd. The property was very private and cozy. We felt safe and Ubers were inexpensive for the restaurants we visited.The 10 person swim spa was a big selling point. Our group was having a getaway to relax before a wedding. We arrived and the water was significantly low. To the point it was likely dangerous to mechanical systems if it had stayed that way much longer. We topped it off ourselves. The chlorine was so strong that the swim spa was completely cloudy. It bleached and ruined several people’s swimwear completely. Overall, it was a great property
10/10 stay, would highly recommend!

Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
