Location, location, location! This was perfect spot for my stay, including a week's worth of walking and driving to local attractions. Easy walking to LECOM field and Bradenton riverwalk and driving to Tampa and Sarasota, including the beautiful HWY 789 (Gulf of Mexico) drive along the beach. Cottage was as advertised and a great home base for a stay.

The house was great! Kitchen had almost everything you would need! The kids loved the games, lingo pong and basketball. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 5.

The house was as described. Clean and well organized. Walking distance to town and to the baseball stadium. We were very happy with the overall experience and would definitely rent again.

We stayed at Clover Cottage during a recent soccer tournament at IMG. Clover Cottage was even better than expected! Wonderfully decorated, very clean, impressively stocked, and so many thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay. Communication with Rich was excellent. Proximity to IMG even with traffic and holiday weekend crowds ranged from 15-20 minutes. Traffic to the beaches was heavier due to the holiday weekend, 30 minutes to Bradenton Beach and at least 45 to Anna Maria Island. Thank you Rich and family for providing a better than expected experience!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
