Rich and Amanda’s place was just as pictured. Despite it being on a main street, it felt very quiet. Easy check-in and checkout. I enjoyed my stay.
Our stay was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of room for our group of eight. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and BBQ grill. The location was very private and away from the hustle and bustle. Close to the beaches to take in the beautiful sunsets. We thank you!
We enjoyed this warm cozy rental home with a nice pool with many chairs and lounges for guests to relax outdoor. Full kitchen appliances, pots, pans, condiments, and cooking oils. Only a few minor things we found regarding the home's conditions that might need repaired: - Bathroom on 1st floor: toilet bowl flushing system seemed to get stuck sometimes when flushing so water kept running slowly into the bowl. - Half bath on 1st floor: loosed faucet made it harder to turn off to avoid dripping water. - Hot water seemed to run out after 2-3 showers within 1-2 hours. For our party of 6, we just had to schedule smartly to get hot water. We did contact the owner, and he responded quickly for sending people to come to take a look.
This home was very clean and decorated beautifully. There were so many extra things that they had in the home, making it very accommodating. Every bathroom was stocked with toilet paper, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen had plenty of dish soap and cleaning spray and there were laundry pods in the laundry room. They even had a stocked coffee bar! It was a very peaceful home away from home and we are thankful to the hosts for being so kind and generous. We had a wonderful stay!
This place was wonderful! The house is comfortable and spacious, and we loved the beachy decor. The amenities were awesome too—grill, pool, fully equipped kitchen, board games and everything we needed to make our stay worth every penny. We also loved the proximity to the Robinson Preserve. It was only two minutes down the road and completely free. Loved the house, location, and would recommend the stay to anyone.
We had a lovely stay at this house. So spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom and en-suite is amazing. Comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning throughout the house, good water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was very spacious. We cooked in most nights. We enjoyed our time at this property.
This was our first time staying in Bradenton. The home was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Location was great, close to retail shops & restaurants as well as nature preserve & waterfront. Hosts were very prompt and responsive.

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
