The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into the details, from the cozy atmosphere to the well-stocked amenities. The space was perfect for our weekend getaway—plenty of room, super clean, and just an overall great vibe. Communication was excellent the entire time. Rich and Amanda were friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming Airbnb. Thank you both for such a great stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the best houses I’ve ever booked. Absolute perfection!
Rich and Amanda definitely care about their property and their guests. As with any new property, there were a couple of small hiccups, but they addressed every concern promptly, and had great communication. The home is beautifully designed and decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. They had a very well-stocked kitchen with many small appliances. The pool was really nice, and we enjoyed the outdoor area as well as the putting green. We didn't spend much time right in the area, as we went over to AMI. But it was in close driving distance. Thank you for the great stay!
Absolutely amazing place! Honestly the pictures does'nt do it justice. Being on the canal with the pool is such a beautiful view. Very peaceful area, great place to go fishing too. The house was just stunning. Very clean, beautiful, and all around a 10/10.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
