The house worked perfect for my wife and I and our 3 children. The house was spotless. It accommodated all of our needs. It also had a wagon and beach chairs we used for the beach. It was my first time playing pickleball at the house and loved that. The pool and hot tub was crystal clear and heated to perfect temperatures. The house is located in the middle of a lot of attractions so we stayed busy. We will definitely look to this area again
I truly wish we could have stayed more days !!! The heated pool, pickleball court , layout of the house was absolutely perfect for our family . We had everything we needed , Thanks so much for hosting us !!

Bimini Bungalow was absolutely immaculate! The pictures were gorgeous, which initially led me to book this property, but truly the pictures didn’t do the property justice. This retreat, while on a pretty busy road, felt incredibly secluded within the privacy fence, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and the house itself was beautiful and incredibly charming. Rich and Amanda were incredibly responsive. I had never been to Bradenton before, and was worried my family would struggle adjusting to the new location. But simply located 5-10 from the beach, we were able be gone all day and then spend the evening in the quiet little oasis. We didn’t have much need for the kitchen with this trip, but trust that anything we would have needed was available to us. We will definitely be back!

The backyard amenity were great
Very nice property in close proximity to everything. The backyard is definitely the highlight of this house and is where we spent most of our time. Rich and Amanda are great hosts - very communicative both before and during out stay. Highly recommend.
Awesome
Rich and Amanda are TOP NOTCH hosts and their home matched it. Hands down the easiest check in possible, and ANYTIME I had a question they responded fast and in a very professional manner. The home is very spacious and very well put together, and the backyard is a good place to humble your kids whether it was on the putting green or on the pickleball court. Highly recommended as my kids and I will be back!!!
We were in Bradenton for a lacrosse tournament at IMG Academy. This was the perfect location for that and also close to restaurants, retail and beach. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts.

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
