Spacious home with a wonderful outdoor space! We took advantage of the huge backyard - so much fun! Location was great!
Great place right by Ana Maria Island. Very responsive hosts making sure my needs were met prior and during my stay. Had a reunion with some friends and this was the perfect place. Whether you want to venture out to Ana Maria beach. Or just stay at home and relax there is plenty to do. Great location. Great amenities. Would love to do this again. Greta place overall wish I could have stayed longer.
Everything was great! The outdoor space was definitely the highlight and the home was less than 10 min from Anna Maria Island (Manatee Beach).

Enjoyed our stay. It was a cold spring break week so we took advantage of the backyard full of activities - basketball, putting green, pickleball, etc. The outside space was the best part.

Fantastic home with so much to do. The pool and all the things to do in the backyard were so much fun. Everything inside and out is extremely clean. Great location, just a short drive to AMI. We would definately stay here again.
Look elsewhere. Way over-priced. Noticeable foul musty odor so strong we had to buy candles. No welcome amenity---first time a Superhost failed to provide one in our previous superhost stays. Not a big deal, but indicative. The Good: Backyard&game area. The Bad: Broken screen door latch prevented direct access to backyard from pool deck--notified host but never fixed it or even offered to fix it, low hot water pressure in bathroom shower&sink &kitchen faucet, A/C unit sounds like a Boeing 737, patio cushions completely filthy on one side and rust stained on the other side, the rugs in living room&dining area were disgustingly dirty and frayed to the point of being a tripping hazard, major kitchen drain leak was repaired a day later. The Ugly: The pool heater was broken and could not use the pool. Requested small $150 refund since we couldnt use pool. A genuine superhost would have apologized and offered us a refund. Instead, we got excuses & no refund. AVOID THIS RENTAL COMPANY!
We had a great time at this Airbnb. Two families stayed here comfortably. The kids really enjoyed the pool, pickleball court and basketball. The kitchen was clean and well stocked allowing our group of 9 to comfortably make meals and eat together. The bed was super comfy and we slept well. We were close to AMI and enjoyed a day trip to the beach. There was a nearby bay with manatees (within 3 minute drive) and we enjoyed day trips to go fishing and swim with the manatees. It was a great location. My only regret was not planning enough time to stay at the Airbnb for longer stretches. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
